Love Brings Love

loveWe often think of February as the month of love – holding within it Valentine’s Day.  While not wanting to minimize the value of the romantic one on Valentine’s Day, I encourage you to look further, look deeper and begin to embrace love on a grander scale with a year long need.

Most of us have had times in our lives where we did not have that certain person to celebrate love with – and Valentine’s Day became a painful reminder of a challenging or an uncertain time.  So to that I say, “forget about it” – let’s all re-align our thinking to think of love, and celebrating it to extend to all – no one left behind, no exceptions.

Love on the grand scale, for friends, family, co-workders, neighbors, the mail carrier – the list goes on.  And let’s not stop there – add in the four-legged ones, the winged ones, Grandmother Ocean, Mother Earth, Father Sky, the trees, the bees, the everything!  We have so much love in our hearts, nurture it, and allow it to bubble forth so that you simply cannot hold it in, but instead, it flows from you with an effervescence that is unstoppable.  Remember how it feels again to innocently give that love to all around you – trusting and believeing that love will prevail and love will feel good.  Give it and watch as your gift returns to you many times over, in sometimes the most unsuspecting ways.

Feel the circle of love that surely the Universe is waiting for us to re-awaken to, allowing the flow of energy to gain momentum with each passing day.  Always remember, there is plenty of everything, love included, to go around for everyone and everything.  Embrace that belief and feel it in each cell of your body.  This is your thruth – you are love, and you are loved.  Never ever forget it!

PS – and just in case you think I forgot, I did not – embrace self-love and self-care first and foremost – then your journey of love will be even all the more sweeter!

Amen, sister SRK… Thank you for such an eloquent reminder of what it’s all about.
